60 beds each over the next three
years. NHI currently leases eight other

Carlsbad, California-based Integral
Senior Living has secured the management contract for Solterra Senior Living,
White Mountains, a senior living community in Lakeside, Arizona.
VTR Vistas Longmont LLC, an affiliate of Chicago-based REIT Ventas Inc.,
has purchased The Vistas, a Longmont,
Colorado, senior housing community, for
$28 million, or $225,000 per unit.
